The Talk to GOATs service

1. About the service

Talk to GOATs provides conversations with AI characters. Each advisor is an artistic character drawn from the public legacy of a well-known person, and is not affiliated with any real person, their heirs or rights holders. Replies are generated by artificial intelligence and are not statements made by real people.

2. Not professional advice

The advisors' answers are for entertainment and inspiration. They are not professional advice — legal, medical, financial, psychological or otherwise. You make your own decisions; where it matters, consult a qualified specialist.

3. Age limit

The service is intended for users aged 16 and over.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. A subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time through the subscription portal — access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not store your card details: Stripe processes them.

5. Acceptable use

Abuse of the service is not allowed: automated bulk access, attempts to work around limits, disrupting the service, or use for unlawful purposes. Rate limits are in place to protect the service from overload.

6. Account and deletion

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. To delete your account and the data linked to it, write to our support address: support@talktogoats.com.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the new version.
