The Talk to GOATs service

1. What we collect

We store your email address (for sign-in and contact) and the history of your sittings — the questions you put to the council and the advisors' answers. We do not request or store payment card details.

2. Where the data is stored

Accounts and sitting history are stored in Supabase infrastructure. Access to your data is limited to your own account.

3. Sharing with third parties

To generate answers we send our AI providers (Anthropic, Groq) only the text of the conversation — never your email or other personal details. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Anonymised usage statistics are collected through Vercel Analytics and contain no text of your questions.

4. Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and the data linked to it by writing to support@talktogoats.com.

5. Age limit

The service is intended for users aged 16 and over.
